Job summary

Colorado Public Radio (CPR) seeks an IT Lead to maintain and enhance Windows-based systems and network infrastructure, ensuring security and reliability for staff. You will administer servers, PCs, networking gear and enterprise systems, while leading infrastructure projects and mentoring the IT team.

The role is in-office in Centennial, CO with occasional on-call and after-hours work, Monday–Friday. A growth-focused, collaborative environment and strong customer service orientation are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering Windows servers, workstations and networks.
• 1+ year mentoring and project oversight for colleagues.
• Experience with virtualization, remote access, SQL Server, Google Workspace, MFA and VoIP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance CPR’s Windows-based technology and network infrastructure.
• Lead infrastructure projects and mentor IT team members.
• Provide exceptional staff support and collaborate with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
