MUM Industries, Inc. in Mentor, Ohio, seeks an experienced Information Systems Support Specialist to maintain and enhance ERP and business applications. You will troubleshoot system issues, support users, and collaborate across departments to improve processes and training.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with vendors, testing upgrades, and documenting configurations while promoting best practices. A BS in IS/IT/CS or related field or equivalent experience is required.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, data, and user issues.
