PTC in Alliance, OH is seeking an IT Applications Manager to lead the Oracle E-Business Suite and related enterprise systems. You will guide the Business Analyst team, align IT with business goals, and drive continuous improvement across the application portfolio.

You will collaborate with business leaders, manage projects and vendors, and champion governance, security, and data-driven initiatives, including automation and analytics, to support manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise applications, ERP, business systems, or related IT functions.
• 3+ years of experience leading application teams, business analysts, or equivalent IT resources.
• Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience managing onsite, contract, and/or offshore resources.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and relationship-management skills.

• Manage application vendors, consultants, contractors, and offshore service providers.
• Develop application roadmaps aligned with business and IT strategies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and application modernization.
• Ensure application changes follow appropriate IT governance, security, compliance, and change-management practices.
• Manage application-related budgets, resource planning, and vendor performance.
• Foster strong relationships between IT, business stakeholders, and application support teams.
