Job summary

Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories is seeking an IT Kiosk Associate to serve as the primary on-site point of contact for end users, delivering frontline technical support in a fast-paced laboratory environment. You will troubleshoot issues, manage IT requests, and support IT systems and equipment across the site.

The role requires strong communication, hardware and networking knowledge, and a disciplined approach to documenting and reporting IT activities in a GMP/GLP context.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a customer service or technical support environment.
• Experience supporting PC operating systems, basic networking, and connectivity issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site IT kiosk representative for daily operations.
• Log, categorize, prioritize, and monitor IT tickets for timely resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and system issues.
• Maintain inventory of PCs, laptops, and related devices.
• Update ticketing systems and documentation for accurate records.
• Generate and modify reports for system monitoring and support activities.
• Communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders about requests and resolutions.

Job Description

Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories is seeking an IT Kiosk Associate to serve as the primary on-site point of contact for end users, providing front-line technical support in a fast-paced laboratory environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring uninterrupted daily operations by delivering exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting IT systems and equipment across the site.

What You'll Do

As an IT Kiosk Associate, you will provide first-level technical support and assist with the efficient management of IT requests and equipment. Responsibilities include:

• Act as the on-site IT kiosk representative supporting daily business operations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user technology support requests
• Log, categorize, prioritize, and monitor incoming IT tickets to ensure timely resolution or escalation
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, connectivity, and system-related issues
• Maintain inventory and oversight of PCs, laptops, and other computing devices
• Update ticketing systems, logs, and databases to ensure accurate documentation and tracking
• Generate and modify reports used for system monitoring and support activities
• Maintain organized and accurate IT documentation
• Communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders regarding support requests and issue resolution
• Follow applicable GMP, GLP, and quality system requirements
• Perform all work in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner

Qualifications

• Understanding of quality-focused or regulated environments, including GxP principles, is a plus
• Ability and willingness to learn new systems, software applications, and processes

Minimum Qualifications
