Qualifications

• Currently attending a 4-year college/university, pursuing a degree in relevant field.
• Able to commit to full-time hours (40 hours per week) during the 2027 summer.

Responsibilities

• Gain real-world hands-on experience in the IT field.
• Support end-user desktop hardware/software, connectivity, technical employee onboarding and technical resolution.
• Learn the importance of documentation and information gathering.
• Gain an understanding of what it means to work as part of an agile team, building trust with a business to achieve organizational needs.
• Be assigned to a designated mentor who will guide your development by assigning tasks and projects that will support the team and department
