Job summary

School Specialty invites you to join its IT Program Management Internship with a Warehouse Management System focus at our Mansfield, Ohio facility. You will work closely with mentors, gain hands-on IT and process experience, and contribute to real projects that impact our teams and end users.

You will learn through formal training, hands-on configuration, and SDLC knowledge while supporting warehouse operations. This paid internship requires full-time hours during the 2027 summer term.

What You’ll Do

• Gain real-world hands-on experience in the IT and Program Management field
• Experience development on the Warehouse Management System platform through hands on configuration, coding and formal training
• Learn the importance of documentation
• Gain an understanding of configuration and software development lifecycle
• Assist end-users by triaging issues related to the Warehouse Management System
• Be assigned to a designated mentor who will guide your development by assigning tasks and projects that will support the team and department

Work Location:

• This internship is an onsite internship. Your reporting location will be our Mansfield Ohio facility, located at 100 Paragon Pkwy, Mansfield Ohio 44903.

Compensation Information

• The compensation range is $17-$19 per hour

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Currently attending a 4-year college/university, pursuing a degree in relevant field
• Able to commit to full time hours (40 hours per week) during the 2027 summer
