Responsibilities

• Gain real-world hands-on experience in the IT field.
• Support end-user desktop hardware/software, connectivity, technical employee onboarding and technical resolution.
• Learn the importance of documentation and information gathering.
• Gain an understanding of what it means to work as part of an agile team, building trust with a business to achieve organizational needs.
• Be assigned to a designated mentor who will guide your development by assigning tasks and projects that will support the team and department

Work Location:

• This internship is an onsite internship. Your reporting location will be our Mansfield Ohio facility at 100 Paragon Pkwy, Mansfield Ohio.

Compensation Information

• The compensation range is $17-$19 per hour
