Vanguard's Internal Audit and SOX department seeks an IT Internal Auditor within the Global Technology Audit Services team. You will perform risk-based audits and advisory work to evaluate IT controls and influence leadership to improve the control environment.

This hybrid role requires proximity to the Malvern, PA office and collaboration with diverse stakeholder groups across divisions, while growing your technology acumen and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in related industry with 1–2 years IT audit/risk/controls experience.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple responsibilities.
• Data analytics literacy to extract actionable insights for decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration.
• Hybrid position requiring proximity to Malvern, PA office.

Aufgaben

• Perform risk-based audits and consulting engagements on IT topics related to risk, governance, processes, technology, controls, and practices.
• Communicate engagement progress and results with department and client management; identify opportunities to strengthen controls.
• Participate in client discussions and execution of audit work, including risk assessment and control effectiveness evaluation.
• Prepare high-quality work papers and client deliverables (narratives, flowcharts, testing docs, conclusions, recommendations, audit findings).
• Mentor less experienced auditors on audit processes and methodologies and business lines.
• Participate in special projects and department initiatives as needed.
