Vanguard's Internal Audit and SOX team seeks an IT Internal Auditor for the Global Technology Audit Services (GTAS) group. You will conduct risk-based audits and provide consulting on IT controls across diverse platforms, influencing leadership to strengthen the control environment.

Based in Malvern, PA, the role is hybrid, offering close collaboration with technology and audit stakeholders while expanding your IT risk and controls expertise within a supportive, mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Minimum of three years in IT audit, IT risk, or IT controls.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple responsibilities.
• Data analytics literacy to extract actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication and willingness to assist beyond assignments.
• Hybrid position requiring proximity to Malvern, PA office.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk-based IT audits and consulting engagements including testing and reporting.
• Communicate progress and results to management; identify opportunities to strengthen controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across divisions to evaluate risk and controls.
• Develop process/control narratives, narratives, flowcharts, and test documentation.
• Mentor junior auditors on audit processes and methodology.
• Participate in special projects and department initiatives.
