BrightSpring Health Services is offering an Internship to join our team and gain hands-on experience across operations, IT, and clinical support. You will collaborate with multiple leaders to understand operations, policies, and ongoing initiatives while pairing education with practical work.

The internship is a temporary position with potential for extension based on performance. Strong communication and customer-service mindset are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and email.

Formación

• Education: bachelor’s degree in progress preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong computer usage, email and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented and people-focused.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Internship is a temporary position with potential for extension based on performance.
• Collaborate with multiple leaders to understand operations and policies.
• Identify best practices and research implementation strategies.
• Provide support to business partners.
• Assist with departmental initiatives, including optimizing information systems and training and development.
• Provide administrative support, as needed.
