Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is offering an HR internship to gain real-world experience in healthcare operations. You’ll support the HR team in talent acquisition, organizational development, communications, and learning & development while engaging in interactive workshops and leadership discussions that enhance your professional growth.

From day one, you’ll collaborate with peers, work on real-world projects, and have opportunities to connect with mentors and showcase your final project.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
• Self-driven and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in delivering strategic and operational HR initiatives
• Gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions such as talent acquisition, organizational development, communications, and learning & development
• Engage in interactive workshops, networking events, and leadership discussions to broaden experience and build a professional network
