Holmes Murphy in West Des Moines, IA is seeking an Information Technology Intern for Summer 2027. This onsite role offers hands-on exposure to IT operations, troubleshooting, and supporting various IT projects within a collaborative team.

You will work with the IT team on daily tasks, gain insight into IT career paths, and build practical skills while contributing to real projects. Currently enrolled in a 4-year program and interested in IT are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at a 4-year institution.
• Majors include Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, MIS or related fields.
• Prior work experience is a plus, preferably in customer service or IT support.

Responsabilités

• Help troubleshoot hardware, software, or network problems.
• Identify basic trends and patterns to support business objectives.
• Provide technology support related to HMA systems as needed.
• Support the IT team in daily operational tasks and special projects.
• Have broad exposure to multiple areas of the Information Technology team.
