Pepsi Bottling Ventures in Raleigh, NC is seeking an IT Intern to join our Client Technology team. The role focuses on asset management, inventory tracking, and end-user technology support, gaining hands-on experience in enterprise IT operations.

You will work alongside seasoned IT professionals, receive mentorship, and develop practical technical and professional skills while contributing to device imaging, deployment, configuration, and service delivery activities for computers and mobile

Qualifications

• Interest in information technology and IT support.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist with asset management, inventory tracking, and technology lifecycle documentation.
• Organize and maintain inventory across IT storage locations and labs.
• Support deployment, setup, imaging, and configuration of end-user devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technology issues alongside Client Tech teammates.
• Participate in equipment refresh, patching, and service delivery activities.
• Maintain accurate records related to technology assets and inventory.
• Collaborate with IT professionals to understand enterprise technology operations.
• Attend team meetings and present internship progress and experiences.
