Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation's Parker Aerospace division seeks an IT Intern to support end users and workstation environments at the Hydraulic Systems Division facility in Kalamazoo, MI. Responsibilities include hardware/software installation, maintenance, and user support, plus data analytics using Power BI and SQL.

On-site for Fall/Winter 2026-2027, up to 15 hours/week. You will engage with IT service management processes, help resolve incidents, and create training materials while gaining

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and a self-starter.
• Experience supporting end users and IT processes is preferred.
• Rising Junior or Senior pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support end-user workstation environment.
• Provide best-in-class customer service and resolve technical problems.
• Support data analytics by developing/reviewing Power BI reports and SQL queries.
• Assist with installation, maintenance of hardware/software, and ITIL-based incident/request handling.
• Develop training materials for process changes and new technology.
