Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking an IT Intern for the Desktop End User Services team in Mason, OH. You will assist with HelpDesk support, learn deployment and security practices for endpoint devices, and collaborate with IT resources to improve end-user experiences in a Fortune 500 environment.

The role offers hands-on experience, exposure to enterprise IT processes, and opportunities to work with cross-functional teams on maturity initiatives while supporting Partners and presenting to management.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an associate's, bachelor's or master's degree program in computer science, information systems, or IT-related field.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
• Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in engineering, information systems, and related technical support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day HelpDesk support for Partners.
• Assess deployment tools and processes for secure, high-quality end-user experience.
• Learn and apply industry standards and best practices.
• Support organizational maturity assessments and initiatives.

Job Description

Cintas is currently looking for an IT Intern for the Desktop End User Services team. As an Intern in Desktop Services you will have the opportunity to work with the team to understand how Cintas deploys, maintains, and secures our endpoint devices. You will be part of building and maturing these practices in a Fortune 500 company.

Role

• Assist with the day-to-day HelpDesk support of our Partners
• Assess deployment tools and processes for creating a secure, quality end user experience for our Partners
• Learn, understand, and apply industry standards and best practices
• Assist in organizational maturity assessments and initiatives
• Work collaboratively with internal and external IT resources to document and share identifiable Partner system issues and relay that documentation with the Service Desk improving the end user experience.
• Assist team with supporting our Partners.
• Work with and present to multiple levels of management
