Job Description

Cintas is seeking an IT Intern to join the Customer Channels team, which supports the digital applications customers use to purchase products, manage their accounts, and make payments.

As Cintas modernizes its digital commerce experience, this internship provides an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience with modern, cloud-based and composable commerce technologies. The intern will work alongside functional analysts and software developers to understand business processes, document requirements, test solutions, troubleshoot issues, and support customer‑facing applications.

Role

• Assist with the design, development, testing, and support of customer‑facing solutions.
• Learn how business processes and customer experiences work across multiple applications, APIs, and integrations.
• Participate in requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and project activities.
• Work with technical and business partners to investigate problems and develop solutions.
• Present assignments, findings, and solutions to team members and leadership.

Skills/Qualifications

• Interest in web applications, cloud technologies, APIs, integrations, or eCommerce.
• Curiosity, initiative, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn.
