Job summary

L.E.K. Consulting is seeking a motivated IT Intern to support project-based initiatives within our Global IT organization in Boston.

This internship offers hands-on, outcome-oriented projects that contribute to strategic IT priorities, including hardware provisioning, workflow automation, and data/AI initiatives. You will assist with process documentation, scripting and automation, and enterprise application support while collaborating with IT team members to deliver defined outcomes in a hybrid

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to structure ambiguous problems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with a key IT project aligned to internal IT objectives.
Document processes, provide recommendations, and create handover materials.
Collaborate with IT team members to define requirements and track progress.
Support enterprise applications and IT workflows including Workday and automation tasks.
