Job summary

Regal Rexnord is offering an IT internship program with a hands-on approach across AI, data science, ERP, DevOps, networking, and digital infrastructure. You will work with mentors on real-world projects to strengthen your technical skills and security posture.

You’ll gain exposure to senior Digital & IT leadership while developing communication and presentation abilities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Data Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Graduation date of Winter 2027 or later.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Prior internship or work experience preferred.
• Strong interest in AI, data science, infrastructure, networking, ERP, or DevOps.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with an eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the development of AI-powered applications, predictive analytics, generative AI, and automation solutions that drive business value across the enterprise.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights and scalable AI solutions that address real-world business challenges.
• Assisting with the development of dashboards, reports, and analytics that support project governance, resource planning, and executive decision-making.
• Supporting process improvement, workflow automation, and portfolio management initiatives across enterprise platforms such as Workfront, ServiceNow, and Jira.
• Maintaining consistent, secure and seamless network connectivity to on-premise and cloud applications from anywhere.
• Supporting cross-functional IT projects and system implementations.
