Fives Intralogistics Corp. is seeking an IT Intern to provide hands-on support to the Information Technology team in our Kentucky on-site facility.
You will assist with day-to-day IT tasks, workstation setup, asset tracking, and documentation while gaining practical experience in enterprise IT operations and cybersecurity practices. The role reports to the IT Manager and involves collaboration with IT staff to ensure reliable and secure IT services across the organization.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The IT Intern provides hands-on support to the Information Technology team while gaining practical experience in enterprise IT operations, user support, hardware and software troubleshooting, systems administration, cybersecurity practices, documentation, and project coordination. Under the direction of the IT Manager and designated IT team members, the IT Intern will assist with day-to-day support requests, workstation setup, asset tracking, application support, process documentation, and technology improvement initiatives. This position is intended to provide meaningful technical experience while supporting the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT services across the organization.
