ENGIE North America Inc. is looking for an IT Intern in Houston, Texas, to provide technical assistance to office users. Responsibilities include troubleshooting computing issues, managing requests based on severity, and participating in hardware deployments. The internship runs from September 7 to December 31, 2026.
Applicants must be at least second-year students in business administration, computer science, or information systems, with a strong customer service attitude and technical problem-solving skills.
As our IT Intern, your primary purpose is to provide technical assistance to ENGIE NA's computer users regarding computing problems in an office environment, such as password resets, hardware issues, application/laptop/desktop problems. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, imaging laptops, migrating users, hardware deployments, working in a cross‑domain environment and multi‑system support. The internship work term will be from September 7, 2026, to December 31, 2026, based in our Houston, TX office and reported to the Manager of IT Help Desk.
Hourly Range: $24.50 to $33.50 USD hourly
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
