Job summary

Sazerac seeks a highly skilled Integration Developer to advance our ERP and EDI integration efforts. You will design, build, and optimize integrations that keep our enterprise systems aligned with business needs.

This hybrid role in Carrollton, TX requires on-site presence at least 3 days weekly and strong Oracle OIC and Infor tooling experience. You’ll collaborate across IT and business teams, drive security-conscious development, and promote scalable, re-usable integration patterns for a

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 7 years of relevant IT experience.
At least 5 years of experience developing integration solutions (EAI/ETL).
2+ years experience with Oracle’s OIC integration suite.
Experience with Informatica ETL is a plus.
Strong collaboration and communication across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support ERP and EDI integration initiatives.
Ensure secure, end-to-end transaction flows across ERP and boundary systems.
Diagnose, resolve interface, performance, and data integrity issues.
Lead integration solutions and oversee ERP boundary system integrations.
Work with Infor products to enhance operations and ensure change control.

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Integration Developer to play a critical role in advancing our enterprise technology ecosystem. Sazerac is a growing company that values the importance of our IT systems to drive our business growth, execution and compliance activities. This position is at the center of our ERP solution with Oracle,—designing, building, and optimizing integrations that keep our business running efficiently and seamlessly.

This opportunity is hybrid in Carrollton, TX with 3 days minimum on-site.

What You’ll Do

Lead ERP & EDI Integration Excellence

Design, develop, and support applications critical to ERP and EDI initiatives.

Ensure accurate, secure, and seamless end-to-end transaction flow across ERP and other boundary systems or SaaS solutions

Diagnose and resolve interface, performance, and data integrity issues.

Design, Develop & Optimize Enterprise Systems

Develop, enhance and provide overall SME leadership for Integration solutions

Oversee ERP boundary system integrations to streamline workflows and improve performance.

Apply analytical and problem-solving expertise to reduce complexity and improve operational efficiency especially to integration challenges

Design solutions with an architectural mindset of common patterns, re-use and scalability

Leverage Infor & Enterprise Tools

Work with Infor products including Workflow, Workspace, and IDF to enhance operations.

Ensure rigorous testing, documentation, peer review, and adherence to change management processes.

Maintain Security & Performance Standards

Champion a secure-by-design development approach.

Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and performance benchmarks.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

Minimum 7 years of relevant IT experience

At least 5 years of experience developing Integration solutions – both transactional and master data solutions with Integration Toolsets (EAI / ETL type solutions)

Strongly prefer 2 years+ experience with Oracle’s OIC integration suite.

Integration skills with Informatica/ETL are a plus

Proven experience integrating multiple tools and systems to deliver business solutions

Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate across all organizational levels

Willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends) as needed

Proficient with integration challenges related to API development, service development, SaaS / Cloud integrations, common security paradigms, Error Handling, Scalability and performance and various integration patterns across synchronous and asynchronous capabilities.
