Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in IT, electronics, networking, or related field.
• 1–2 years' experience supporting IT infrastructure or networking equipment.
• Basic TCP/IP networking, switching, wireless networking, and cabling knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, configuration, and deployment of enterprise network infrastructure.
• Rack, mount, cable, and organize network and server equipment.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, equipment replacements, and deployment projects.
• Perform firmware updates and hardware replacement activities under supervision.
• Maintain documentation for inventories and installation records and project documentation.
• Travel across the five boroughs of New York City and HQ in Long Island to support projects.
