Job summary

Education Service Center Region 13 seeks an IT Infrastructure Executive to lead networks, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and user support. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in systems or network administration in an enterprise environment.
• 3 years in a leadership or supervisory IT role with experience managing services for external clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise network and systems, and support teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage development and execution of technology service offerings for ESC Region 13 and regional districts.
• Maintain and improve server infrastructure and cybersecurity posture.
• Lead E-rate implementation, compliance tracking, and service optimization.
• Coordinate two regional meetings per year with district technology leaders.
• Support strategic AI documentation and process automation with the CTO.
