Job summary

UDR, Inc. is seeking a thoughtful Project Manager to drive IT infrastructure and security initiatives across corporate and operations teams. You will clarify priorities, manage dependencies, and keep leadership informed on project health and outcomes.

The role emphasizes governance, vendor coordination, and multi-team collaboration. Hybrid work is available, with travel as needed, and a strong focus on cybersecurity, cloud, and data center operations.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of project management across multiple tech initiatives.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience with cybersecurity, cloud, data center, and SaaS projects.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery across concurrent tech initiatives (cybersecurity, cloud, data center, SaaS).
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reports; escalate risks timely.
• Coordinate with vendors; manage SOW reviews and change orders.
• Drive governance and compliance activities (NIST CSF, SOC 2) with security/risk teams.
• Build stakeholder relationships and provide proactive status updates to leadership.
• Assist in vendor evaluations and testing, support business case outcomes.
• Maintain central repositories and contribute to IT PMO practices.
