Job summary

Clarapath, a medical robotics company in Westchester County, NY, seeks a Manager, Information Technology to support and maintain Clarapath’s technology infrastructure, systems, applications, and end-user computing environment, working closely with the Director of IT.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise across hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, and IT systems, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, manage IT projects, and drive improvements to the company’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• 8+ years in IT support, systems administration, and network management.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, and security.
• Experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Experience with endpoint security, SOC programs, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+/Cloud are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and network devices; provide user support.
• Deploy and maintain IT software and hardware; support onboarding/offboarding.
• Manage IT network infrastructure for secure connectivity.
• Identify security risks and implement measures (VPNs, firewalls, endpoint security).
• Oversee IT security policies, access control, and data protection practices.
• Maintain VPNs, firewalls, and remote/on-site connectivity solutions.
• Review system functionality, forecast equipment costs, and propose upgrades.
• Maintain IT policies and troubleshooting guides for internal use.
