Job summary

ProPetro Services, Inc. seeks an experienced IT Leader to supervise the IT team, drive the organization’s technology strategy, and ensure reliable operation of systems and security controls.

You will mentor staff, conduct cyber security reviews, and coordinate ongoing IT initiatives while maintaining strong end-user support in a demanding environment. Oil & gas sector experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years system administrator experience for Microsoft (Azure, O365) and Cisco Meraki Technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT team and deliver best-in-class service to end-users.
• Develop and oversee cyber security reviews and implementations.
• Maintain IT operations (OS, security tools, servers, network, devices).
• Coordinate hiring and performance management of IT personnel.
