Job summary

Peoplebank Hong Kong Limited in Taikoo Shing is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to uphold the reliability and security of the IT environment, including Active Directory administration, storage planning, and high-availability backups to keep operations running smoothly.

You will design, implement, and test disaster recovery plans, perform hardware and software stock takes, and ensure compliance across assets using Veeam, SolarWinds, Hyper-V, and Exchange Servers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years IT experience, including 2–3 years in IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on proficiency with Exchange Servers, Hyper-V, Veeam, and SolarWinds monitoring tools.
• Strong logical reasoning, troubleshooting, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Networking principles and Linux environments are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Administer Active Directory user domain accounts, security groups, and access permissions.
• Perform folder capacity analysis and monitor storage utilization trends for proactive infrastructure planning.
• Design, implement, and test backup workflows and disaster recovery plans.
• Execute regular hardware and software stock takes for precise IT asset tracking and compliance.
• Maintain infrastructure availability using Veeam, SolarWinds, Hyper-V, and Exchange Servers.
• Work shift rotation, including night coverage, to support round-the-clock IT operations.
