Job summary

You will manage IT workstreams for M&A integrations, office relocations, and enterprise migrations, coordinating with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and business teams to deliver projects from planning to handoff. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of IT project management experience in a large, distributed enterprise.
• Experience managing complex M&A integrations, migrations, and office relocations.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams (Network, Endpoint, Identity, M365, Security).
• Experience with audits, governance, risk remediation, or compliance tech initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure dependencies.
• Excellent written and verbal stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and integrations.
• Develop and manage integration plans, milestones, risks, and cutover activities.
• Coordinate infrastructure discovery and technology assessments for acquisitions.
• Collaborate with multiple IT domains and business teams to set requirements and timelines.
• Oversee migration of users, devices, email, data, apps, networks, and collaboration platforms.
• Track readiness, migration waves, stabilization, and post‑integration activities.
• Coordinate with acquired-company IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
