Job summary

Newmark is seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives across its global environment. The role reports to the Global Head of IT Support & Operations and focuses on M&A integrations, office relocations, IT migrations, and governance programs.

The ideal candidate will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage dependencies and risks, and drive projects from planning through handoff, partnering with senior stakeholders and vendors to deliver complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in a large distributed enterprise.
• Experience managing complex M&A integrations, infrastructure migrations, office relocations, and enterprise tech initiatives.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams including Network, Endpoint, Identity, Microsoft 365, Security, Applications, Service Desk, and Infrastructure.
• Experience with audits, governance, risk remediation, or compliance-related technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT workstreams for acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, and business integrations.
• Develop IT integration plans with milestones, risks, and cutover activities.
• Coordinate infrastructure discovery and tech assessments for acquired organizations.
• Partner with multiple IT and business teams to define integration requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate migrations for users, devices, data, apps, and communications systems.
• Track readiness, transition activities, migration waves, stabilization, and post-integration tasks.
• Manage IT delivery for new offices and relocations, expansions, and renovations.
• Develop technology requirements, budgets, schedules, and equipment plans aligned with move schedules.
• Coordinate with Facilities, CRE, and vendors to ensure smooth office tech onboarding.
