Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in information systems, computer science, or related field.
• Five years of professional experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, with networking, server, and virtualization work.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure including switches and wireless systems.
• Administer firewalls, network security policies, and VPN configurations.
• Manage server administration, virtualization, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
• Document infrastructure, plan for capacity, and assist with new facility builds.
• Collaborate with City departments to understand needs and propose solutions.
