Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and maintain our IT infrastructure, network operations, and voice systems in Sauk City, Wisconsin. You will oversee day-to-day technical operations, manage cross-functional IT projects, and mentor the IT team.

Responsibilities include designing and maintaining enterprise networks, managing VoIP and telephony, enforcing security policies, and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 2 years in a management or team-lead role.
• Proven expertise in IT infrastructure management including servers, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or similar).
• Strong network engineering skills with routing, switching, firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs; monitoring tools familiarity.
• Experience administering voice/telephony systems (VoIP, SIP, PBX) and QoS concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization, cloud services, and end-user computing for high availability.
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network architecture and services; troubleshoot complex network issues.
• Oversee voice systems and telephony operations, including VoIP platforms, call routing, and PBX administration.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices for security and change management.
• Manage vendors, service providers, and contracts; evaluate new technologies and negotiate agreements.
• Plan and execute IT projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Monitor performance and capacity; perform maintenance, patching, upgrades.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead the IT team; set objectives and conduct reviews.
• Provide technical leadership and escalate critical incidents; report KPIs to leadership.
