Job summary

Trexon, an Amphenol company, seeks a Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure to lead the enterprise infrastructure portfolio across multiple U.S. sites.

The role drives network, cloud and server environments, identity, and end‑user computing, while ensuring reliable delivery and alignment with corporate standards. Leading a corporate infrastructure team, you will oversee project intake, prioritization and delivery, and manage security services, BCM/DR, and governance with Amphenol.

Qualifications

• Strong project management discipline with ability to scope, sequence and report status
• Technically credible across network, cloud, and infrastructure
• Experience with IT security operations and vendor relationships

Responsibilities

• Own the design, operation and reliability of Trexon’s infrastructure across all sites
• Lead the corporate infrastructure team and set priorities
• Partner with site IT resources to standardize and deliver projects
• Own project intake, prioritization and delivery for infrastructure
• Manage IT service delivery, incident management and escalation
• Oversee business continuity and disaster recovery for infrastructure
• Co-lead CMMC Level 2 implementation with IT Lead and external partner
• Strengthen IT controls and procedures across Trexon to meet Amphenol standards

Education

Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering or related field
