Job summary

You'll collaborate with stakeholders, support end users, and help evaluate compute, storage, network, and voice systems. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with a focus on learning and applying new AI tools like Copilot.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Experience with Copilot or other AI tools including Agents.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and end-users, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues.
• Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure that support, solution, and project actions or issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
• Research and test new hardware and software solutions to advance enterprise collaboration initiatives, end user device management and configuration, and system image/patch management.
• Learn and evaluate existing compute, storage, network, and voice systems; identify areas for improvement and contribute to configuring/deploying new solutions.
