Job summary

Oatey is inviting college students to join the 2027 IT Infrastructure Intern program in Cleveland for a 12-week summer internship. You will work under the IT Infrastructure team, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to leadership levels while contributing to real projects.

The internship offers mentorship, development feedback, and networking events, with potential full-time opportunities based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate Information Systems/Technology program with completion of at least two semesters.
• Experience working with and troubleshooting Microsoft applications.
• Knowledge of PC hardware troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated high initiative.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues with equipment like printers, computers, networks, and servers.
• Set up and run software updates when requested within multiple IT System.
• Assist associates with the use of key business applications.
• Participate in requirements gathering and implementation for new desktops or applications.
• Research unusual bugs or issues the company encounters across key business applications while gaining experience in a corporate IT environment.
• Learn and execute Oatey’s daily Cybersecurity checks and operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
