Job summary

Oatey invites students to join the 2027 IT Infrastructure Intern Program in Cleveland for a 12-week summer internship. You will work under the IT Infrastructure team to gain hands-on experience, with one-on-one mentorship, developmental feedback, lunch series, and networking events.

You’ll support general IT tasks, including troubleshooting, software updates, and assisting with business applications while exposure to cybersecurity checks and leadership levels.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in undergraduate IS/Tech program with ≥2 semesters completed.
• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft applications.
• Knowledge of PC hardware troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated high initiative.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues with equipment like printers, computers, networks, and servers.
• Set up and run software updates when requested within multiple IT System.
• Assist associates with the use of key business applications.
• Participate in the development of new desktops or applications requirements gathering and implementation.
• Research unusual bugs or issues the company encounters across key business applications while gaining experience in a corporate IT environment.
• Learn and execute Oatey’s daily Cybersecurity checks and operations
• Other duties as assigned.
