Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Bothell, WA is seeking an IT Shared Services Engineer to own the Cell Therapy site IT landscape, including architecture, infrastructure, networks, servers, HMIs and more, ensuring 24/7 operation of manufacturing systems.

You will lead cybersecurity, patching and lifecycle management in a biotech manufacturing environment, support regulatory compliance (GDP, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11), and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across IT and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or MIS discipline.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in biotech manufacturing and supply chain environments.
• Experience with Cybersecurity, patching and IT Life Cycle Management (LCM) in a biotech manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of GDPs, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11 and good documentation practices.
• Knowledge of Cell Therapy Facility IT Architecture and IT Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the IT shared landscape across the Cell Therapy site IT systems like IT Architecture and IT Infrastructure including Network, Servers, HMIs, Printers, Scanners, Switches, Firewall rules, Domains, etc.
