Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Cyber Resiliency Manager for the Bothell, WA manufacturing site to protect and strengthen the resilience of IT and OT systems supporting pharmaceutical production.

You will lead incident response, recovery planning, and governance, collaborating with site IT, OT, Quality, and Regulatory teams to maintain patient safety and regulatory compliance while ensuring uninterrupted operations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of OT/ICS environments, pharma manufacturing systems, and automation technologies.
• Experience operating within a GxP-regulated environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for cybersecurity in pharma (FDA, EMA).
• Hands-on experience with pharma manufacturing systems such as MES, LIMS, and ERP platforms (SAP).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a site-level cyber resiliency program aligned with BMS policies and standards.
• Lead or co-lead the site cyber incident response process and disaster recovery planning.
• Secure OT/ICS environments with patching, segmentation, and secure remote access.
• Ensure compliance with GxP requirements and 21 CFR Part 11; support regulatory audits and CSV/CSA activities.
