Job Summary:

Belden is looking for an experienced and motivated IT Infrastructure Analyst to join its team. This position is located in our Chicago office and will report to our IT Collaboration Manager.

What you will do:

• Provide primary support for the Belden Customer Innovation Centers.


• Contribute to the strategic direction and architecture of Collaboration Services.


• Lead and support Collaboration projects andprograms to achieve the strategic goals.


• Provide technical support as it relates to all Collaboration technologies.

What you will bring:

• Minimum of 8 years IT experience with collaboration solutions.


• Strong customer service skills with a passion to exceed customer expectations.


• Ability to Liaise with C-Level executives.


• Mature skills and approach when working with production systems.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Strong working knowledge of or experience with: Microsoft 365 solutions; Video Conferencing Solutions, Crestron Control Processor; and Datapath Video Processor.


• Knowledge and experience with the following: PowerShell; Dropbox/OneDrive; and Avaya Telephone Systems.

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $85,200 - $127,800plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
