Job Requirements

TIDI Products is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure solutions to support enterprise operations. The engineer will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of on-premises and cloud environments, providing expertise in Windows Server, virtualization, networking, storage, and backup solutions. This position is remote but requires residence within 2 hours of Neenah, WI.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, VMware ESXi, Cisco Routing & Switching, SD-WAN, VXLAN, IBM Power Systems, storage, and virtualization.
2. Manage and optimize network connectivity across global locations, ensuring high availability and performance.
3. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex infrastructure issues to prevent system disruptions.
4. Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
5. Monitor system performance and security, ensuring compliance with IT security policies.
6. Support Microsoft 365 and SaaS applications, maintaining collaboration tools for enterprise users.
7. Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policies, and authentication services for secure user access.
8. Collaborate with teams to implement infrastructure enhancements and new technologies.
9. Document configurations, processes, and procedures for operational consistency.
10. Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.
11. Perform other duties as assigned, emphasizing hands-on system engineering and troubleshooting.
