Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure & Security Engineer for an on-site role in the Ventura County area, CA. You will manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network security while ensuring compliance with government security requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or a similar hands-on IT role.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 GCC or GCC High and hybrid Active Directory.
• Knowledge of virtualization, enterprise networking, firewalls, and backup platforms.
• Experience supporting CMMC Level 2, NIST 800-171, or ITAR-controlled environments.
• Ability to work on-site in the Camarillo area and meet export control requirements.

We’re recruiting a hands-on IT engineer to support a manufacturing organization with demanding security and data protection requirements. You’ll own a mix of Microsoft cloud services, on-premises infrastructure, network security, and backup systems while helping the business maintain its cybersecurity compliance program.
