Job summary

Dairy One Cooperative, based in Ithaca, NY, is seeking a Full Time IT Administrator. The role covers network, Azure cloud, 365 admin, server and cybersecurity duties to support 2,500+ farm members and our organization.

You will manage on‑prem and cloud infrastructure, implement security controls, and provide end-user support while documenting procedures and driving efficiency across IT operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of IT support experience.
• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Azure Intune and Active Directory workstation environments, with extensive Microsoft 365 expertise.
• Proven track record in deploying, patching, and monitoring endpoint services across Windows environments.
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP routing/firewall/VLAN concepts and hands-on network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and optimize network performance for reliability and availability.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, wireless systems and other network infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft Azure services, resources, and cloud infrastructure.
• Serve as the primary administrator for Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain on‑premises and Azure servers; monitor health and performance.
• Provide end-user support and training on technology tools and security best practices.
• Implement cybersecurity controls, monitor threats, and coordinate remediation efforts.
• Document systems, configurations, and procedures; prepare regular infrastructure reports.
