Job summary

ECLARO is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator in New York, NY to maintain and improve the organization’s day-to-day technology systems, ranging from Microsoft 365 to VMware and cloud resources.

This role requires hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Intune, and security controls, and offers collaboration across offices. You will design, implement, and support enterprise technologies while delivering reliable IT services.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• At least two years of related technology support or infrastructure experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server versions, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS) and collaboration tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain day-to-day technology systems.
• Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Administer VMware and AWS cloud resources.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, groups, and enterprise apps.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and security controls.
• Configure networking, DNS, DHCP, and firewall policies.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate tasks.
• Create technical documentation and runbooks.
