Job summary

BRYTESIGHT is seeking an experienced professional to lead IT infrastructure cabling, AV and security projects across multiple industries. You will manage strategy, budgets, and coordination, serving as the main client advocate with stakeholders, architects, engineers and vendors.

You will leverage CAD/REVIT, Bluebeam and PlanGrid among other tools, conduct site visits, and oversee commissioning and owner acceptance to ensure high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Significant experience overseeing IT infrastructure cabling, AV and security projects.
• Experience on projects of varying sizes across multiple industries.
• Proficient with CAD/REVIT, Bluebeam, PlanGrid and MS Project or similar tools.
• Familiar with workflow tools such as ClickUp, Miro, Jira and Slack.
• Understanding of architectural design and construction processes.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategy, design, budgets, coordination, procurement and oversight of IT Cabling, AV and security systems.
• Act as client advocate, coordinating with stakeholders, architects, engineers and vendors.
• Utilize Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and industry software for project delivery.
• Oversee construction administration, site visits and field reports to ensure performance and cost targets.
• Coordinate vendor commissioning, training, hand-off and owner acceptance for satisfaction.
• Build and expand client relationships with project teams and partners.
• Stay current with emerging cabling, AV and security technologies.
• Manage 10+ projects concurrently; handle budgets, scheduling and reporting.
