Lutron Electronics, headquartered in Coopersburg, PA, seeks an Information Technology Analyst to join our Infrastructure team. You will design, implement, and support scalable server and storage solutions that power enterprise operations.

You will work across departments to gather requirements, evaluate technologies, and ensure high availability, security, and performance. This role offers hands-on experience across the full infrastructure lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent in IT field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned.
• 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including server and storage operations, design and deployment of server and storage solutions, and lifecycle management.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize Lutron's server infrastructure for high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Safeguard server environments with patch management, vulnerability remediation, and system updates.
• Design, deploy, and implement server and storage solutions to support growth and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop scalable architectures.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and forecast infrastructure needs to stay current.
• Work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively to deliver technology solutions.
