Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent in IT field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned.
• 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including server and storage operations, design and deployment of server and storage solutions, and lifecycle management.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will collaborate with a cross‑functional team to design, implement, and support innovative, reliable, and scalable infrastructure solutions that enable critical business operations across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent degree in the IT field required.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned required.
• 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including server and storage operations (patching, backups, and performance management), designing and deploying server and storage solutions tailored to application requirements, and supporting technology evaluation, testing, and lifecycle management required.
• You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H‑1B, either immediately or at any time in the future. Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position.
