Compensation Information

The salary range(s) represents our good faith estimate for the role at this time.   • Senior IT Infrastructure Administrator Pay Range: $95,200.00 - $123,700.00
  • IT Infrastructure Administrator II Pay Range: $76,000.00 - $96,900.00
Role Overview

Join a collaborative, forward-thinking IT Infrastructure Team that plays a vital role in supporting the systems that keep operations running today and preparing for the challenges of tomorrow. This position centers on automation and Infrastructure-as-Code. Responsibilities include building and decommissioning servers, managing environments such as Terraform and Ansible, and driving automation to streamline processes. Experience with IaC platforms such as Terraform and Ansible Automation Platform, and a strong understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code principles are essential.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in an Information Technology related field, or combined equivalent experience
  • Senior: A minimum of six (6) years infrastructure support experience
  • Level II: A minimum of three (3) years infrastructure support experience
  • The incumbent’s experience must demonstrate effective computing and problem solving skill
  • Knowledge of enterprise server operating systems, applications, hardware configurations, hardware upgrades or repair, problem solving, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP v4 and v6 networking as it pertains to systems configuration
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Good customer service and organizational skills
  • Technical certification pursuant to the Infrastructure Admin Technology Training Certification Program. Examples include:
    • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
    • Red Hat Certified System Engineer
    • Red Hat Enterprise Linux Automation with Ansible
    • VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization
    • CyberArk Level Two: Defender or Level Three: Sentry
    • *If certification is not already held the selected candidate will have 2 years to meet this requirement.*
Preferred
  • An effective knowledge of enterprise server operating systems, applications, hardware configurations, hardware upgrades
Work Environment
  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
Physical Demands

Position Type and Hours of Work
  • This is a full-time position. Days and hours of workweek are Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Working extended hours may be required. Participation in on-call rotation.
Travel Requirement
  • This position requires minimal travel (approximately 10%).
