JOB TITLE

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Identify requirements and develop/build new IT Infrastructures and applications
• Responsible for supporting and implementing next generation IT infrastructure technologies like P-5G/Wifi6 and Containerization technologies.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux based system.
• Monitor, analyze, and report metrics of IT Infrastructure.
• Demonstrate expertise in integrating and optimizing VMware vSphere for virtualization.
• Provide highly available and reliable IT services collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Motivate, mentor, and coach team members to foster a high-performance culture.
• Support the Manager in strategic planning and operational decision-making.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience
• +5 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure engineering or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of network terminologies, protocol, and infrastructures
• Expertise in Linux server administration and troubleshooting
• Demonstrated experience in providing support for cross-functional IT systems.
• Experience in Hypervisor and Virtualization solutions such as VMware vSphere, Hyper-V and Docker container
• Adequate understanding and experience in DB (Maria DB, Oracle, MSSQL, Tibero)
• Proficiency in programing languages
• Some familiarity with visualization tools like Grafana or Prometheus

Physical Demands

While in Office: This position is primarily sedentary and requires working at a desk and computer for extended periods. Responsibilities may include: • Occasional lifting of office supplies (up to 15 pounds) • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents • Ability to sit, stand, and walk within the office environment as needed

When in Production Area (if applicable): Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended durations • Repeated lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials and products (up to 25–30 pounds) • Manual dexterity for handling power tools, machinery, or production equipment • Working in environments that may be noisy, hot, or require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) • Ability to climb ladders or stairs and operate equipment safely and effectively • Capability to learn and work on multiple production processes, as required • Adequate visual and auditory abilities to identify safety hazards and communicate clearly • Consistent and punctual attendance • Ability to collaborate and perform effectively in a team-oriented environment
