Job summary

Cofreight Inc. is seeking an IT Implementation Engineer to lead the deployment and integration of WMS, TMS/FMS, and OMS within a growing 3PL.

You will collaborate with Operations, IT, Engineering, and customers to onboard, configure, test, and productionize enterprise solutions that streamline warehouse, transportation, and order fulfillment processes. You will design workflows, validate data, and deploy ERP/EDI/API integrations, while creating documentation and identifying automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS, IS, supply chain, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience implementing WMS, TMS/FMS, or OMS in a 3PL/logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse, transportation, and order fulfillment operations.
• Experience with APIs, EDI, SQL, and system integrations.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead WMS, TMS/FMS, and OMS implementation projects from requirements gathering through production go-live.
• Configure system workflows, business rules, and operational processes.
• Support customer onboarding, warehouse startups, and transportation implementations.

We are seeking an experienced IT Implementation Engineer to lead the implementation, integration, and support of enterprise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation/Freight Management Systems (TMS/FMS), and Order Management Systems (OMS) within our growing 3PL organization.

In this role, you will partner with Operations, IT, Engineering, Customer Success, and customers to successfully deploy technology solutions that support warehouse operations, transportation, and order fulfillment. You will play a critical role in customer onboarding, system integrations, process optimization, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead WMS, TMS/FMS, and OMS implementation projects from requirements gathering through production go-live.
• Configure system workflows, business rules, and operational processes.
• Support customer onboarding, warehouse startups, and transportation implementations.
