Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and restore PCs; service mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and solve computer problems across multiple OS.
• Provide technical assistance and support for IT queries via Helpdesk ticket system.
• Respond to queries in person or by phone and maintain daily performance of systems.
• Maintain inventory of all production computers and peripherals; secure IT room access.
