F3 Law is seeking an IT Helpdesk Coordinator to serve as the first line of defense for attorneys and staff, ensuring technology accelerates legal work. You will perform a variety of tech support tasks, maintain confidentiality, and interact with clients and colleagues across offices.

The role requires hands-on IT support, strong communication, and independent work with minimal supervision. In-office duties include equipment setup for new hires and conference room AV support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT support experience required; MCP preferred.
• Strong technical, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide hands-on support across multiple offices.
• Customer service mindset and team-oriented attitude.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, staff and clients.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose IT issues on desktops, laptops and phones and resolve or advise.
• Provide regular updates on progress and resolution timescales.
• Escalate complex issues and track them for timely resolution.
• Install software/hardware and support across sites.
• Assist users and provide training on systems and software.
• Maintain documentation and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate setup of new PCs for new hires with HR.
• Support audio/video equipment in conference rooms.
• Manage internal assets and inventory records.
